I'd have to be nuts if I thought Michael would let me get away with that considering everything that I wrote about everyone else. I'm Karen. I am the wife of Michael and the mother of Sara and Rebecca. I try hard, but I often feel like I fail miserably. I'm also a perfectionist. That should make everything very clear.
When I have free time, I enjoy working on the computer. Except when I really get into something (like this here website), it takes up all of my time. I also enjoy scrapbooking, reading, and playing the piano. I also love sunflowers.
I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, so after an almost 9-year-stint in Virginia, I'm back in my quirky home state. What can I say? It's home. Speaking of homes, I am thrilled that Michael and I are home owners once again. Even better, it's our first "single family" home, and it has an attached garage! I love not having to clear snow off of our car in the winter time.
I hope you'll visit my blog, where I think I am trying to rediscover myself. It's easy to lose track of yourself when you are busy taking care of a family!
P.S. See that house in the upper left corner? It's cute, huh? Well, guess what! I drew that! Me! It's TRUE. If it's not obvious, I'm incredibly proud of my first hand-drawn web creation.
See you around!

Hi there. [;-) This is my trademark smiley face. It goes back to the time when I used to have hair (I shave it off now), and a time when it used to be OK to call me Mike. Key phrase: 'USED TO BE.' I'd appreciate it if you would call me Michael now.
I'm a self-proclaimed computer geek. I really enjoy working with computers, and work as a Systems Administrator. We currently have 6 working computers in our home at the moment, and only 4 of us live here. I probably have enough spare parts around here to build at least one more computer - even though it would probably be fairly outdated.
I met my wonderful wife Karen in 1992 on Quartz BBS. We didn't get married until 1998 though because I thought Karen was too pushy, and I simply wasn't ready yet. Trust me, this was a good thing. I'm a father to two beautiful, intelligent girls - Sara, age 7, and Rebecca, age 4.
I keep busy with work, but I also find time to play D&D about once a week. I enjoy cooking breakfast for my family (and setting off all the smoke alarms in the house), reading (Science Fiction and Fantasy), and watching NASCAR.
I'm not afraid to tell it like it is, as I'm sure you'll see if you visit my blog on a regular basis.
Thanks for visiting!

Hello. My name is Sara. I am 7 years old and I live in Salt Lake City with my family. The best part about living in Salt Lake City is living near my Grandma and Grandpa. My favorite colors are pink, purple and orange. I love pink so much, my Mom and Dad painted my room pink!
I just finished First Grade, and I am sad that school is out for the summer. I really like to read, but I don't like math very much. The very best part of school is lunch or recess. I also like to play with all of my friends.
I love lions! Some of my favorite movies are "The Lion King," "The Lion King 1 1/2," and "The Lion King 2 - Simba's Pride." I have a stuffed lion named Oliver. All lions roar very loud. I like to roar too. RRRRRRRRRRRROOAR!
I like to swing, color, dance, and sing. I like to make up dances to teach to my little sister Rebecca. I also like to put on all kinds of shows and make tickets for everyone in my family to attend.
I am learning how to play the piano, but I really don't like practicing. In fact, I don't like to do much of anything that could be considered 'work.' I just want to have fun, fun, fun!
I recently discovered the blog that my parents have been keeping for me. Be sure to visit often, so you can read everything that I have to say! Oh, and check out the photos too... then you can SEE me having fun!
Hi. I'm Rebecca. I'm four and a half years old. You can call me 'Rebecca', 'Becca', or, if you're my mom, 'Baby.'
I am the expert of all things 'dragon.' I love dragons - I even dressed up as one for Halloween. Dragons like to kill bad people, and then they eat them! Dragons keep good people alive. Dragons keep princesses alive too. Some dragons are good, and some dragons are bad. Purple, blue, pink, yellow, green and orange dragons are good. Black and grey dragons are bad. Dragons have a lot of fire, but good dragons save it until there's a bad guy. Good dragons do good things, and bad dragons do bad things. And I KNOW that good dragons are REAL.
I also love puppy dogs. I have 21 stuffed dogs in my room. All my dogs are good dogs, except for one black one (because he doesn't want a leash on) and the big one (because he is so heavy I can't lift him).
I also have a stuffed duck named "Fluffy." I got her for Easter and she goes everywhere with me.
A lot of my friends are starting Kindergarten this fall, but I miss the deadline by 11 days. I really like my preschool though, because Miss Jessica is my favorite teacher. I can write my name and I am learning how to read. I love to sing! I sing all the time - my favorite song is BINGO!
My blog doesn't get updated very often, but my Mom writes about me all the time. Be sure to check out the photos, because there are a lot of cute ones of me!
